I really want you to suggest me a bank which is good with security
Currently i am with CBQ and honestly this is the second time they have f up
First time my card online transaction limit whatever was 10Qr yet there was a transaction done for 2000Qr which was later refunded by the merchant itself as he did it bymistake but CBQ kept playing around and didnt give me any proper answer even about the limit and kept telling me that limit needs to be set everyday which is very weird
Now i have multiple transactions made from my credit card and again i have not shared nor recieve even a call or used any link
Nothing at all
CBQ people itself jokes that this is pretty common there and lets even ignore that but the fact that i have seen this happening with alot of people and the helpline is equally useless
They will not do anything from there side will just send you message instructions and tell you to dispute it after few days
Whats the point? As if i didnt know that i have to dispute it
Where is the actual help?
I am debating of opening an account with QNB
If any of you have an experience with QNB please guide me
Is it worth it or is it almost the same?
