WL ADVICE NEEDED

Alright, so for those of you who lost weight without counting calories and just focused on portion control, intermittent fasting, or just changing your habits in general, how did you actually lose fat without tracking everything? Help me out because I genuinely want advice from people who have done it in a healthy and sustainable way. I’ve been trying to eat intuitively, but honestly I feel like it doesn’t really work for me right now. Sometimes I eat normally, then other times I overthink everything or end up overeating because I’m trying too hard not to track. But counting calories also stresses me out and I don’t want to keep living like that either. I just want something balanced that I can actually stick to long term without constantly thinking about food 24/7. Like habits, routines, portion control, meal timing, mindset changes, literally anything that helped you lose fat while still feeling normal around food.
