just wear tight fitting clothing

go to bed early

stop using shampoo and soap it will dry out your hair and skin

eat only natural food

And how can you love and trust what you do not understand?

It means every guy is your competition not just hot or rich ones.

It also means we are doomed as a species because women do not select for good genes anymore.

It also means being rich, going to university, dress well or going to the gym to get fit is useless.

I live in a quiet neighbourhood in Europe. Public housing but the area is well kept, green and everything is within walking distance. I go to the supermarket everyday. I go on daily walks and I go the gym every other day. I eat really healthy

If I dont do this my depression gets to the point that I am feeling suicidal. Even when I live like this. Sometimes I feel so bad I do not have the motivation to get out of bed.

Being in South America alleviates this a little bit but it is impossible to live there all year round.

Is this a good life and how could I improve this?

Could I be a good husband? I am good looking, dress well, I am eloquent and educated but I am just chronically depressed and autistic. People drain me and I have to be alone to recharge.

I do not have any friends anymore, my last girlfriend was in college and my family are too busy with their own lives.
