Someone I know has an AVO and I'd like to warn others about my personal experience with this individual and share that they have an AVO against them. I know I'm unable to post any information regarding the AVO but am I allowed to say anything at all? Like post something on my instagram. I hate that these things are kept secret and these things need to be known, even more so by an potential partner. I've been given permission by the victim to share what I can about this person, so if anyone knows anything on privacy, harassment or decimation law that would be great, thank you.
