Wrong pay

I’ve been working for ulta for almost 3 months and I’m still being underpaid, I’ve brought it up since my first pay check and they still have yet to correct it and issue my back pay, I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve addressed it with each of my managers and GM and nothing seems to be done. I have proof and documentation of what my pay is supposed to be and what I’m currently being paid plus documentation of me sending said documents to management from my very first check. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated

I’m a newer lead cashier at my store and was an outside hire and I feel like it’s taking forever to gain the respect of some of the BAs that work register with me, they completely ignore my coaching, my directions or full on try to tell the other girls to do different things after I’ve given direction. I’d love to know what yall did to gain that respect as a leader at your store!
