Was my septum pierced right? I got it done February 28 2026 and the tip of my nose still tender to touch :( plus piercing bumps..

If it’s pierced wrong, am I able to leave it in and it’ll just take longer to heal? Or does it look bad :/ pls help also im sorry for the flakes (and bad photos) my nose is v dry rn from saline 2x day
