Brief context, I went no contact with my father as he has narcissistic coercive behaviours (has had multiple affairs) I’ve had so much joy in the 3 months of no contact, actually happy, feel lighter, the guy texts his ex wife (my mum) saying can I contact him urgently, I text him today, and he is again engaged to a woman he has known for 6 months, he then hurls loads of abuse at me and calls me an ungrateful child…

Dude, this is the 3rd woman you have met and are “marrying” i’m in my 30’s, leave me alone please.
