so i prior to all of this i had virgin hair, my natural hair color is warm brown.

i decided i wanted red hair, so i used arctic fox wrath. it looked good for about a day then faded really quick and i decided i wanted blue hair.

so a couple days later i bleached my hair twice, it lifted pink, so i knew blue wasn’t an option. i used wella color charm t96 toner, but i just don’t like the way it came out overall.

i don’t mind warmness but its a bit TOO warm for me and also has some brown splotches here and there.

does anyone have any ideas on what i should do next 😭 i dont really have any specific ideas, just something thats realistic and will look good. i just really dont want to go back to brown since this would’ve all been for nothing ):

so i am a closing ssv and just need help clarifying a few things about tasks by daypart. i ask this because our closing tasks are vastly different compared to other stores, and my SM doesn’t seem to know the standard for it either.

basically our current opening team has had a long history of failure to complete their respective tasks which always ends up carrying onto the closing team, to the point where our SM changed it so that those tasks are our responsibility to take workload off of them i suppose, and we consistently get our closing tasks done. however what this has caused for us is an insane workload that feels impossible to complete unless we pay less attention to detail.

i’ve mainly heard various different statements on things mostly surrounding prep and rotating food (which i think should be done throughout all dayparts, but my store seems to think it’s solely the responsibility of the closers)

i just want to know anybody else’s stores tasks for each daypart, and what the actual standard is if there is one. i also want to get a better understanding of what my expectations are when i open or work mid day, since i typically close.
