I know a man in my neighborhood who is maybe in his 70’s, he broke his leg and maybe has additional ailments around this.

He doesn’t have medical insurance or Medicaid/medicare. He went to the hospital and didn’t get treatment because he couldn’t afford it. I should note he is Vietnamese and speaks little to no English. I do not know his citizenship status.

It’s been a few weeks, now he has been bleeding when he walks. Is there any medical service he could seek that would treat him and not leave him with massive debt?
