So, Scream 4 is currently available for free on YouTube (provided by YouTube; might be regional for Germany). The English audio track is available but it seems that they have messed up the mix and left out all of the voice audio. Basically, you can watch the movie with the score and sound effects but WITHOUT ANY VOICES. It's quite an experience and yes, I have watched the whole thing. Enjoy!
