I've used Couch to 5k for quite a few years now, and I've found it very beneficial to improve my stamina, mental well-being, and overall health, even doing the occasional Parkrun nowadays. But I want to try to progress to running further now, and I know the Couch to 5k app doesn't offer that, even with the graduation runs. I was just curious if there are any good apps that are similar to the Couch to 5k programme, but can build you up to doing 10k or more.
