I have a very old pair of Reeboks where the PU insoles have pretty much crumbled apart and are unusable. I removed the crumbled insoles to replace with new ones but there is still a bunch of PU bits and sticky residue left on the inside. Any tips on how and what to use to clean as much of the insides as possible without causing any damage to the inner fabric?
