Increased Liver Enzyme (ALT)?

Curious if anyone has seen an increase in their ALT? I know many people see a decrease, but my levels have always been normal and around 11-13. I had bloodwork 5 days after starting meds and ALT was 11. About 5 weeks later, bloodwork shows ALT at 35. I know different labs have different ranges of "normal", and this lab in particular says 34 is the cap for normal, so I'm just slightly high. However, it's an abnormal reading for me, and in a short period of time. I have recently taken ibuprofen and acetaminophen for a knee injury multiple times a week ( but never more than once a day and not always consecutive days) and I've started more physical activity again, so not sure if that could cause this amount of an increase or not.

Increased hypnic jerk when trying to fall asleep & sometimes during the night

Hey all, I'm on week 7 at 2.5mg tirz/glycine and in the last 3-4 weeks I've had a fairly regular (probably about 4-5 times a week) occurrence of hypnic jerks (feeling of falling or like a zap that suddenly jolts you awake) when falling asleep or within the first several hours of falling asleep. I thought maybe blood sugar or blood pressure related, but I've been testing regularly when it happens and don't think it's either, although blood pressure is hard to check that immediately. I've also thought electrolyte imbalances, and thought a magnesium supplement was helping, but still get it sometimes and also worried I could be taking too many electrolytes, so have been tracking them more closely these last few days. Sometimes I feel like this med has made me hyper-sensitive to anything going on in my body (which may be some anxiety around side effects and/or just having any med in my body since I generally try to stay away from any meds except for occasional pain/sick med). Has anyone else experienced this?

Has anyone taking Zepbound or compounded Tirzepatide, that is not also diabetic or dealt with blood sugar issues before starting, begun experiencing blood sugar drops after starting the meds?

I just took my 4th weekly injection of 2.5mg on Friday evening (Tirzepatidecompounded with Glycine). I'm supposed to go up to 5mg this Friday. I still have the equivalent of about 1mg left in my first vial, and really don't want it to go to waste (this stuff is expensive!). With proper nutrition, hydration, timing, and portioning I've had very minimal, if any side effects, with the exception of the first week (which was probably a combination of it being new to my system, and learning how to get all those aforementioned things right). I want to know if I can use up this 1mg today or sometime this week so it doesn't go to waste. When I asked the prescribing teledoc, all I'm getting back is basically that you're supposed to throw it out after 4 injections, or past 28 days of the first puncture. Nothing about side effects, etc.. which makes me feel like the answer is more money driven. Anyway, would it be ok to take the 1mg sometime this week, and then my first 5mg dose at my regular Friday time?
