I’ve been having this issue with my PC lately.
Could it be a graphics card problem, or maybe something with Vanguard?
Although something similar has also happened in other games like Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
What do you guys think?

It’s been happening relatively recently, although it only happens when I’m playing something.
