Is this cured correctly?

Made my little box for color curing. They seem kinda brownish, tine to start drying them and fermenting?

I have this little cabin where i periodically smoke fish. Can i use it to quickly smoke the leafs? Isnt there a fire cure thing in this field of tobacco?
