Should I buy it? (Defective vintage watch)

I am on the fence on buying a „project watch“. I just got into watches and wanted to try maybe opening one for maintenance (you have to begin somewhere, right?). 😅
It is a Vintage Orient 3 Star automatic with following Problems:
-Runs 5 minutes fast per day
-when the crown is pulled out all the way, the time can be set and day and date change at midnight. But when in the middle Position it‘s not possible to set day and date.
Guy asks 45 Euro plus shipping.
Could it be worth it? Or should I keep my fingers off?

Man, I am in love! The last weeks I was looking for a Grab-and-Go watch to fit every outfit but it had to be kind of special.

I finally pulled the trigger (Even on a good discount, paid just something over 140 Euros).

Yesterday I got it and I am in awe. Perfect size. And wow! That dial! Kind of sunburst, even a kind of mother of pearl look, hard to describe. Very happy with the purchase!
