So I've been planning to make a SEF trooper cosplay for quite some time now. I already went and bought the armour files from galactic armory and thought that a good way to scale the print is to 3d scan myself and use that. Is this a good way to do it? My problem is that I myself don't have a 3d printer and I'll be purchasing the print from a company in my city, so I'm afraid that it may get costly quickly if I make a mistake in scaling it.
