Hello there! Currently on the Youth Mobility visa in the UK (Liverpool) from Canada. Am here to pursue music and hopefully start a band (am not in any educational institution/program). I understand this is a finite visa for two years with the possibility of extending a third year, however I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on how to possibly extend further? Ideally I would like to move to the UK full time but am unsure how to go about this in my situation, as I don’t qualify for the Skilled Worker or Family visa and wouldn’t be able to go through many of the traditional routes that people apply for in terms of job offers etc. I am a freelance creative and on top of being a self-taught musician have experience in graphic design, videography, dance etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:)
