Stryd 5.0 advice
Hello, someone here tried the latest version of Stryd 5.0 on the trail? I was thinking about using https://www.runningwithpower.com/ guidelines but I have an Amazfit watch right now and switching to Garmin would cost like implementing a Stryd in my actual setup. Do you think Stryd + Polar H10 and an Amazfit watch is comparable in terms of reliability to Garmin watch + app and HR Strap?
