what is up with these super intense blurred circled backgrounds effects and why do I see them on every new streaming TV show or movie ever?
I mean, is this actually a good cinematography thing and I'm just ignorant? to me it looks horrible and instead of making me focus more on the subject I immediately lose focus because I'm so distracted by how much blurry the background is
