Considering buying a Lucid Air Touring, would appreciate community thoughts

Currently leasing a 2023 Air Touring with ~17k miles. Fully loaded spec with an original MSRP north of $100k:
DreamDrive Pro
Surreal Sound Pro
Glass canopy
Basically every major option

Background: I’ve always leased cars and never actually owned one long term. I absolutely love the Lucid and honestly don’t see a major reason not to buy one (putting aside long-term company viability discussions for a moment).

Current offer is ~$45k out the door including sales tax. It was quoted at $43k last month, so I was hoping pricing would keep dropping a bit 😅
