When I start a private match on the coop campaign, it doesn't send down a starting cab for me to occupy, so I'm just stuck in the air staring at a dropped care package. It won't let me move the camera or anything, but I can still open up menus like for missions and snapshots. I can't open up the options menu however. Does someone else have to be invited before the game allows you to do stuff? I'm using a Mac and am on Steam.
