Japanese food

Japanese food

I used to be one of those sushi or amen royalist but didnt think anything else was worth the hype. Last weekend my uncle had Hibachi At Home service and it changed my mind. I usually associate grilled food with Korean BBQ, but thisss.. was on another level, the fried rice was the best part, that perfect smoky flavor and a mix of crispy and soft rice. Plus the chef did a fire show while he cooked which made everything looked more fun.

I hosted a small party last weekend and this is the best service I've ever used

I love to spend time hosting my close friends and my family whenever we have time on the weekend. Usually I just cook because they love my food, but this time I book Hibachi At Home grill service to experience something else. I realized this is a good deal if you host a large group, for example 15-20 people. I paid like $55 per person, cheaper than I expected, they provided food and performance, my family and friends they enjoyed every minute of it.

do you guys have any recs? Last time we booked Hibachi grill service and it was so good, $55 per person including food and a fire show. We are having another family gathering soon for my nephew graduation so Im looking for ideas again. I thought about booking them one more time, but since we already did that so it feel a bit repetitive, we want to try something else

I’m officially exhausted chasing 80 P/E AI plays and getting nuked on every minor macro hiccup. I’ve spent the last month looking for asymmetric setups where the downside is basically capped by cash, and I keep landing on HUYA. Specifically, their cash position is nearly triple their market cap.

The catalyst for me isn't just the deep value, it's the publishing pivot, their co-publishing stats for Goose Goose Duck mobile, hitting 5M users in 24 hours and staying top-of-chart isn't a fluke. They’re effectively using their streamer base as a zero-cost acquisition funnel.

Earnings are May 12, and we have a special dividend locked in for June ($0.135/share). In this market, getting paid a 4% yield just to wait for a re-rating on a debt-free company feels like a gift, the upside here is massive.

My husband fam is coming back into town next month and I am lowkey stressing bc of what we did last time. Last year we hired Hibachi At Home chef to come to the house, it was a blast. We are thinking of doing the same thing this year, we are actually out of ideas right now. I really need some advices and ideas. I love his family so I always want to do something special for them. I was also thinking maybe a taco bar with a professional trompo? Has anyone used a specific local crew that killed it? Any leads for smth unique would be huge
