I'm at my wits end here, my automatic payment didn't go through and I didn't realize until they shut the phones and internet off, I can't update my xfinity app right now and it won't let me log in on the website because it tells me I need to verify and that I can send it to my phone or email my phone is shut off and I never get the email. and to top it all off I can't even call cause I tried to call from a buddy's phone to get this handled and even though I gave all my info to the automated system it's "not from the number I made the account with" so it needs to be from my phone but i can't call on my phone and I can't log in what am I supposed to do at this point I've never had so much trouble trying to pay a service.
