I was written up by my boss and spoke to her boss about being transferred to a new position. He scheduled a meeting to talk about it was this a good or bad move?

I was written up 2nd level for not putting pto on my calendar and not organizing a folder by month. My first write up was for not sorting a column. In my opinion these are not write up able things. My guess is I'll be terminated soon. Considering any bullshit thing that happens they put in my file
