I use this app that runs through Steam called Wallpaper Engine. It's function allows for videos to be played on your desktop wallpaper. Most of the wallpapers uploaded to the Steam workshop is user generated content, and the moderation system allows for NSFW content, so people upload a lot of different types of animated, or anime porn. The website's rules don't allow for real world porn, but some stuff slips through the cracks.

It did a quick google search once to see why so much porn was uploaded to this app, and what I found suggested that this could be some way for people in different countries, particularly Asia, to share porn. This is backed up by how many posts are uploaded with Asian characters, or by accounts with Asian characters.

The problem here, if we jump back to what I said about some real porn slipping through, is that I fear I've found videos of underaged girls on there. These uploads don't tend to last long, and usually are only uploaded around midnight-ish Central time. The girls in the videos are almost always Asian, and due to the severity of my claim here, I think it's important to address some racial bias I have. Asian women, since I don't interact with a lot of Asian people in my daily life, often times look younger in general, so these girls may very well be women, however they are often dressed in schoolgirl attire, with backpacks, and clips in pigtails, so whoever produces this content is certainly going for a little girl appearance, even if the content itself is not actually illegal.

What I'm coming here for is that these videos, even though they are not uploaded by the same accounts, often have a voiceover, or text on the screen, or a final screen filled with text directing people to different URL's. I do not know any other language that English, so I am unable to read these, so I was hoping to get some eyes on it who may be able to understand some of this text, and IF these sources are actually producing CSAM content, maybe we can get the kind of attention on them that makes it harder for them to do so.

You MUST understand that if you look into this, you may very well see disturbing content. Again, I cannot confirm if this is actually happening, but it might be, so be prepared for that. That being said, the app is Wallpaper Engine through Steam. It's like 3-4 US dollars, you must allow NSFW content, and sort by most recent in the Workshop tab to find these. I sure do hope my bringing attention to it does not give the people who seek it means to find more of this content, but I feel it's a risk one must take to STOP CSAM content from being made in the first place.
