Trying to fix CD player
Ive got a cd player thats quite old but it was working just fine up until about a month ago, I didn't drop it or get water or anything on it, last time I used it, it was fine, tried using it again and it just didn't work, didn't turn on at all, the batteries are fine I tried switching through a bunch of different brands n stuff, the CDs have no issues, my earbuds have absolutely no issues, it just stopped working out of the blue, I tried taking a look at it to see if maybe something was obviously wrong, im not very good with this stuff so idk if its possible to tell what the issue is just from pics like this but well it is what is, the silver metal square piece towards the bottom left of the pic showing the motherboard is the on and off switch shown in the top right picture, the bottom right picture is what I see when I lift up the big center piece that has the CD holder and the laser
