Finally Getting Serious

After 16 months, reaching the max dose, and stalling most of the winter, I am starting to log my calories and get serious in order to reach my goal weight by the end of Summer. 58M, SW255,CW202,GW170. I’m at a place where I definitely eat way less than I used to but after tracking calories yesterday I was definitely 850 over what I should be at. Damn those Trader Joe’s dunkers!! my E bike went to hell a month ago and it’s been in the shop since, but I should get it back hopefully next week. I will start riding to work and back every day that it’s not raining or storming. And once it warms up in the morning, I will start getting steps in as well. I have a desk job so exercising before and after work is the key. I will try to play some tennis after work when the schedule allows. This is my Public declaration I need to get serious or I’m just wasting my money on my medication at this point. Any other advice would be appreciated thank you all for being a part of this thread. It’s been very helpful to me.
