I graduated 4 years ago but had to take a gap because of the situation in my state. I’m 26 now and just gave CUET PG Sociology for the last time scored 208.
I’m trying to decide my next move. I’ll only consider doing a master’s if I get into a solid university like DU or JNU. Otherwise, I’m not sure it’s worth it.
For context, part of my gap was also because my parents pushed me towards competitive exams for jobs, but I’ve realized I’m just not built for that. Most of those exams are math-heavy, and that’s a weak area for me.
So now I’m stuck choosing between:
going for a master’s (if I get a good college) and possibly preparing for NET after
or dropping this path entirely and figuring something else out
I don’t want sugarcoated advice. Given my situation, age, and score what would you realistically do?
