Long story short, I am very nosy. There's a woman in my area who is known as a local menace and extremely litigious. Regularly makes serious false allegations or sues people/businesses and takes people to court for years just for fun, never seen her actually win anything but she keeps doing it anyway. She tried to do it to me and she caused 2 years of stress in my life and police whacked her with an AVO to force her to leave me alone. She takes her own brother's to court even though they literally live in the same house with her. She's a real treat.
I keep tabs on her now out of sheer curiosity because it is genuinely fascinating to watch, and her latest stunt is a case she started with an Italian restaurant. I can't find any other information except the case number. Is there a way to find out anything more in detail about this? The curiosity is killing me lol. I am assuming she is claiming food poisoning or faked a nice fall in the restaurant.
