Lexus volume can't be adjusted when music is paused/not playing
So I have a 2019 es 350 that I bought and everything was going well until I updated the audio software from 1050 to 1070. After that when i'm not on my music app or when my music is paused I can't adjust the volume in the car. I want to go back and use the old firmware but I can't find it anywhere. If anyone has a clue as to what's going on or how to fix it I would appreciate it a lot !
