CPS version 5. Let's say I want something flying in a curve, but motion blur is only linearly directional, is there a way to get over this issue? also, can I apply blur only partially? one of the cooler aspects of photoshop with smart object, that I can't find here.

There used to be an issue where apple pencil would not draw a straight line on diagonal. I use matte textured paper screen protector and logitech keyboard case. I don’t have the problem with wavy lines with normal tips, but i got third party ones, but the issue started appearing with them only, they are wavy, but when I switch back, the issue disappears, anyone else experienced this?
