While haloperidol as a first generation antipsychotic has tons of side effects, would it still be worthwhile using it as an on-demand comedown softener? I'm talking about rough crashes from 4-MMC and potentially pyros, or even just to allow sleep after heavier doses of meth-and amphetamine. I usually just use a low dose of benzos, namely alprazolam, but from a pharmacological standpoint antipsychotics should be more specific for this purpose exactly.
On another note, what dosage would you recommend? I was thinking 1.5-3mg. What would you say the risk is of TD, NMS, Parkinsonism from such singular dosing.
