Hey, I've used what was meant to be 3mmc and everytime before taking it, when I know I'm going to take some, I have to go to the toilets for number 2. Quite a lot. Sometimes it even turns into diarrhea.

I noticed that sometimes even thinking about it and knowing I won't take some provoked the same symptoms.

I consumed this product maybe once every 3 months. I don't even consume anything else, not even cigarettes or alcohol.

Is this a normal reaction ? How can I stop it from happening ?

Another issue is that after 2 or 3 days after taking 3 drops of 200mg, I have some back aches and kind of sciatica nerves pain for a while. Why does this happen ? How can I prevent it ?
