i need help to organize a shared server at work. my boss is an older man and dosent understand computer that much and so i tried putting things in alphabetical order so that everything he needs is at the top all the time but there is so many folders he still gets confused… i tried looking online if there was a way to change colors or the icons of the folders but since it’s a shared server between all the computers it’s not working.. im not a tech pro at all and we don’t have the budget to hire someone just to organize our files haha so is there a way to do it easily like without those coding set up google is trying to make me do😭
