Hi,

In March I started to get a bit of fatigue, inability to concentrate, and difficulty (light) finding words. It started gradual where it was bags under the eyes feeling, then progressed to tiredness starting 3 or so hours after waking up.

Got my blood work done and was sitting a bit under 230 for B12 - everything else looked normal. Started to take weekly b12 injections and a daily B complex supplement alongside a multivitamin.

The first week I noticed a pretty sizeable improvement. The second week, was largely the same, save one day where I was a bit groggy. The third week is where things started to change with weekends being a bit more tired, and a new symptom coming on, dizziness and light nausea. I decided to stop taking my daily B Complex supplement in case it was affecting my potassium; I also started to drink a potassium drink (10%) in the morning and buy some bananas.

Overall, my energy levels are better than where they were before, but it seems like they are hit or miss each day. Yesterday, I felt pretty good. Today, I feel a bit tired, minor headache, and had the bout of light nausea. Both days I had the potassium drink, my usual coffee (which, I think coffee has potassium), and had some bananas.

Does my experience match any of yours? Do the new symptoms / regression for fatigue line up with normal healing / potassium / cofactor depletion? And should I do anything different or look into other causes?
