I sent a package to someone, basically I sold stuff on a Facebook group, I've sold hundreds of things on that group before. Anyways the buyer messaged me to let me know his shipping address because his PayPal address wasn't correct as he had moved within the city.

I forgot and addressed it via the PayPal address. He messaged me a couple days later as somebody else in the same group had accidentally sent to his PayPal address that he was having difficulty changing. It turns out I did too so I put it in a package intercept request and paid for it.

The package was successfully intercepted according to tracking and it was supposed to be delivered and held at his home post office.

He just went there today, not only did the post office not deliver it to his home post office, they deliver the package to a ZIP Code that's not even his ORIGINAL zip code. In other words they didn't deliver it to his home post office and they also didn't deliver it to his old address which is what was on the package originally.

His original ZIP Code that was on the package was 95111, the new zip code of the PO it was supposed to go to was 95118 and I have verified that I filled out the package intercept form correct.

They delivered to a 95158.

I'm a bit miffed because I paid $35 for that package intercept, and now I might be out the money for the package intercept and the original item.

Also, no I'm not being scammed the person that bought it as a well-known person in the group who buys and sells a lot.
