I was super excited to receive my X4, so you can imagine my disappointment when it came broken. I've tried contacting support through the official channels 4 times and have not heard anything back. I've seen quite a few people get responses here on reddit, so I'm giving that a shot. Is there anyone from XTEINK that can help?
