So I signed up one when I bought my new house - I wanted to put the router near my desk area to have a direct link but there wasn't any coax port. I called xfinity and they said they can send a tech out and he can install one for $100 service fee.
The guy comes and says he can't do it. Alright not a problem. I'm still being charged the $100 service fee for the guy to come out and say he can't help me. Is there any way I can get this waived?
