my laptop's internal screen is broken, will BIOS show on external monitor for Linux dual boot setup?
Hello everyone!
My Asus vivobook internal screen is broken like its just a black screen now and I am currently using an external monitor to use it and windows 11 works perfectly fine in it.
But I would like to download a linux distro so that I can have a light weight OS that I can use for everyday tasks.
I have seen posts that said its impossible and that the BIOS screen won't show up in the external monitor.
But if thats impossible, can I take it to the technician? Then they'll temporary plug in a working monitor for my laptop then download the distro? I'm just imagining here I dont really have any idea.
If there's no other way then I'll just accept it.
thank u!
