I need help kicking out an alcoholic

Okay so this is for any Kentucky lawyers here, I’m 21F and in the past 6 years my father has gotten worse with alcohol he no longer has a job (he got a job at Costco recently) my mom can’t afford the mortgage any longer we are barely scraping by. My mom wants to divorce him but he just won’t leave, she’s tried kicking him out MULTIPLE times but he refuses to leave, she wants to sell the house but bc they are married he legally has to give consent to sell the house which he won’t do bc he genuinely believes that he’s some millionaire who can afford it. I’m trying to help my mom he put her in so much debt, not only by taking her credit card and charging $12k to it but also by getting her car repossessed. If anyone has any advice or tips on how to legally get him to consent to selling the house and or kicking him out I’d greatly appreciate it. Yes we looked into Casey’s law but unfortunately it’s expensive and someone has to be his legal guardian and no one in my family wants to bc we simply can’t and don’t trust him.

Any ideas?

Okay so my dad is a raging alcoholic and has been for some time ill spare the details but lets just say its so bad that we are living off of my moms $19 an hour salary. My mom wants him OUT!!!! She’s repeatedly told him to leave but he just insists that he “owns” the house and that it’s his. We’ve looked into Casey’s law which would evict him and send him to rehab it just happens to cost $20k which is money we don’t have not to mention is he does anything which he probably will it’ll fall on the guardian and no one wants to do that. If there is any way to get him out of our house please let me know I’ve looked into laws but they all cost a lot of money and he just won’t leave. I’m about to kick him to the curb myself bc I know he’ll never get sober I lost my dad a long time ago and now this is some pathetic loser.

It’s been a while since I last posted but he’s still drinking and even worse now the car has been repossessed. My mom has to file chapter 7 I mean I worry that we can’t even afford to eat sometimes. He stopped working bc he got fired and then he just kept getting fired now he’s at Costco of all places and constantly bugs me for a ride to and from work (his license is suspended and he refuses to get it renewed) he had to the audacity to tell ME not to get drunk bc he had to be picked up!!!! Like no you’re a grown 50yr man you should be able to handle yourself but no you instead decided to ruin your life over a bottle.

So I’m in the market for a Subaru WRX and I’m currently almost at the end of my miles on my 2025 Honda civic I want out of this car so bad but that’s besides the point I was wondering if I found a car for $16k and my current car is worth more say $22k would that $22k pay off the $16k to the point of me not even having a car payment. My dad says no but the internet has told me other wise and to be honest I’m a car service person not sales so I do not know what I’m doing lol
