One would assume that Inquisitor number designations would be on a first-come first-serve basis (ie the first male inquisitor recruited is ‘First Brother’ etc.

But clearly this isn’t the case because of Reva (Third Sister)- she must have joined years after Order 66 given how young she was at the time. Yet within a year of Order 66 we already have the Eleventh Brother running around, so what gives?

Either:

• The ‘Third Sister’ title HAS already initially been used and the title holder had died and Reva replaced her

or

• The ‘Third Sister’ title was reserved and kept whilst later titles (like eleventh) were used up, and was then given to Reva when she joined.

If the first is true we need to see at least one example of this happening… also it just seems confusing If the second is true, why would a title be reserved and what criteria did Reva fulfil that she got it? Pls lmk your thoughts!
