Hi all!

Based on x-ray results, my PCP is sending me for PT before we take additional steps. I've had mixed experiences with PT in the past, so I'm wondering if anyone had a stellar experience with someone that they might recommend. Bonus points if it was a low back/sciatica/hamstring issue. Further bonus points if the therapist is located in Henrietta/Gates/Brighton/Chili or anywhere close to those places. Thank you!
