After wanting one for years, I finally got a Weber Smokey mountain. I’m not a grill expert, but here are my first 3 cooks. Ribs (One dry rub and one with BBQ sauce), Pork butt (First ever attempt), and lastly vortex wings using the bottom of the smoker

Any tips from the pros?

What are your favorite things to throw on the smoker?
