I think that if the trailer is right and Helaena does give birth to a son, with the missing King Aegon, this would be his legitimate heir and a rival claimant to Rhaenyra. Maybe Rhaenyra is manipulated or pushed into murdering Maelor in order to strengthen her claim given King Aegon might be "dead". This could lead up to >!Helaena's death if its suicide.!<
