Going to a Chinese restaurant and I’ve decided I want to be adventurous.
What are some authentic Chinese dishes I should look out for on a menu that taste good?

I’d love to see some images/ learn about the equipment you use whether that tripods, clear boxes , acrylic sheets or whatever
