Are exact match keywords still effective for title tags, or is natural language working better now?

I’ve been testing title tag optimization across a few projects lately, and I’m noticing mixed results.

A few years ago, exact match keywords in title tags felt like the obvious move. If the target keyword was “best SEO agency,” you’d pretty much use that exact phrase in the title.

But now it feels like search engines are much better at understanding intent and context, so I am wondering whether writing more naturally (while still covering the topic) performs better than forcing exact-match keywords.

I keep seeing different opinions on what the “best” protein source is—some say eggs, others say chicken, fish, or even plant-based options like lentils and tofu.

From what I understand, animal proteins are usually considered “complete” because they have all essential amino acids, but plant-based diets can also meet protein needs if combined properly. Then there are protein powders, which make things even more confusing.

So I’m curious, what do you think is the best source of protein for humans overall? Is it about quality, absorption, cost, or just what fits your diet?
