Cat randomly peeing

I have 2 kittens 1 male and 1 female and there both 5 month and due to be neutered at the end of this month. 2 days ago I woke up to Frankie my male kitten peeing on my legs in bed and today he's sat behind me on the sofa and peed on my back. No other behaviors have changed and I clean the 3 litter boxes Daily. Any suggestions.
