Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone was in the same boat and if anything can be done. I applied for a persecution waiver in July 2024. Got an RFE in november 2025 and replied to the RFE the same month. Since then my status says “case status”. However when I go to the DOS website it says they have not received my I-612 and I-613 from USCIS. I reached out to my senator who submitted and inquiry a month ago to USCIS with no response so they are sending another inquiry. My lawyer thinks there is a miscommunication between the 2 agencies.

Anyone else in the same boat? Any Idea what else I can do?
