Hello!
I know there are many Reddit posts about Long Island's special education but most are not recent.
We are looking to move soon. We live in a neighboring town and have really connected with the Rockville centre community, however I am looking on feedback on the special education departments- are the special ed classes well staffed? Is there a lot of push back from admin?Do you have to fight for services?
My kid has autism, level 2 currently in a 12:1:2 class.
Another option, the Half Hollow Hills which
I have read many positive things on the special education department however, I am wondering if parents and kids connect like they do in RVC? Is there that community feel?
